Kristen Deuschle

With more than 30 years of experience in education, leadership, research technology, and professional development, Kristen brings a unique combination of analytical expertise, communication skills, and organization, to her work at Polaris. Before transitioning into compliance consulting, Kristen enjoyed a distinguished career as an educator and school media specialist. She was honored as the 2014 Forsyth County Schools Teacher of the Year, recognizing her commitment to excellence, innovation, and service to students and educators. During her decade as a media specialist, and particularly in her role as Head Media Specialist for Forsyth County Schools, she developed extensive inquiry and information-management expertise while leading initiatives across a large school system. Her educational background includes a B.A. in Education from the University of Olivet, a M.A. in Science from the University of North Georgia, and an Ed.S. in Learning, Design and Technology from the University of Georgia.

Kristen’s career reflects a lifelong commitment to learning, research, leadership, and helping professionals build effective systems for success.

In her free time, Kristen records a podcast with her sister, enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family.
